- What is Vidéotron's satisfaction guarantee?

15-day satisfaction guarantee: To benefit from the 15-day satisfaction guarantee, call 1 88-VIDEOTRON if you have purchased your handset by phone or through our Website. For all purchases made at Vidéotron stores or kiosks, please visit your point of sale. The Vidéotron's satisfaction guarantee only applies to the 15 days following the purchase of your first handset.
Manufacturer's warranty: If your phone needs repairing during the manufacturer's guarantee period, visit one of our service centres. The manufacturer's guarantee is one year on handsets and three months on accessories. Proof of purchase is required to benefit from the 15-day satisfaction guarantee or the manufacturer's guarantee.
- How can I get my phone fixed?

Start by consulting the Troubleshooting section of the User Guide to see if you cannot fix the problem yourself. If it isn't possible, visit one of our service centres. If a problem is found, we will have your phone fixed. You must present your proof of purchase to determine the guarantee period.
- What is the courtesy, rental and repair service?

This service provides a courtesy phone and accessories while your phone is being repaired. The phone provided to you will be programmed with your number, plus your usual services (package, options, etc.). This service is free as long as your phone is under warranty.

- Will the courtesy phone be the same as my own?

Vidéotron Wireless offers quality GSM courtesy phones. The phone in the kit includes a charger and a practical case to carry everything. It might not be the same model as your own phone; however we are certain that you will be satisfied with the quality and practicality of the courtesy handset and kit.
- Will I loose personal information stored in my phone?

We recommend that you store all your phone numbers, addresses, ringtones and pictures because they could be erased during repair.
- How much am I charged for a courtesy phone?

You must return your courtesy phone within the 30 days following the notice informing you that your phone is ready for pick up. If you do not conform to these conditions, you will be charged $200, in accordance with the service terms and conditions. The same charges apply to a damaged courtesy phone.
- What happens if my guarantee is no longer valid?

If your guarantee is expired or if damages are not covered by the guarantee, you will be charged estimation costs. If you decide to repair your phone, the estimation costs will be deducted from the repair costs.
